Warning: DO NOT use any space in the path and folders where you want to install Emitometrix application For example, do not install it in "C:\Program Files\Emitometrix" but rather in "C:\MyDocuments\Emitometrix".

To install Emitometrix on macOS, follow these instructions :

Please ensure you have the latest version of Anaconda 3 installed on your Mac. Follow instructions on the Anaconda website to download and install it.

First, download the mac-emitoMetrix.zip file. Secondly, unzip the file. Then, move the Fiji app in the Applications folder.
